LPNs for Private Duty Assessments
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in conjunction with the DON/RN following the physician’s plan of care and orders.
- Accurately report and record the patient’s condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
- Prepare clinical/progress notes and all required documentation
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program of practical nursing
- Current state license as an LPN in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, friendly demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum ONE year experience as an LPN
