CareGivers of America is a home care company providing in-home care services to the geriatric communities of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team and grow in their role as office support. This is a temp to hire position.
- Back up receptionist with answering phone calls and manning the front desk when needed
- Data Entry
- Scanning – MUST know how to do
- Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments
- Always maintain professional phone etiquette
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year of medical office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, email, and use of the Internet
- Experience with EMR
