Lisa Kaufman, a nationally recognized eldercare advocate, founded Boca Home Care Services in 1998 to provide compassionate and professional care to South Florida’s aging community. Now part of CareGivers of America, the organization continues its mission of delivering exceptional home care solutions to seniors and their families.

Lisa has held leadership roles on both the Florida and National Boards of the Private Care Association (PCA)—the foremost advocacy group for the senior home health industry—including serving as President of the National Board. A dedicated champion for aging seniors, Lisa has testified before the United States Supreme Court and frequently engages with members of Congress to advance senior care initiatives. She also serves on the boards of multiple local non-profit organizations, both within and beyond the eldercare sector.

Cheryl A. Saragossi – Vice President of Operations

With over 23 years of experience in home care, I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of families through some of life’s most sensitive and important decisions. As Vice President of Operations at CareGivers of America, my role is to ensure every client receives not only exceptional care—but a true sense of trust, security, and peace of mind.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained deeply committed to helping families navigate care planning with confidence. From developing personalized care plans to matching clients with the right caregivers, I lead our team with a focus on reliability, compassion, and clear communication. I stay closely attuned to evolving best practices in senior care to ensure our services remain a step ahead, always advocating for our clients as if they were my own family.

I began my journey in Medicare and Medicaid agencies, working across human resources, quality assurance, and operations, before transitioning into health technology and later founding my own family staffing company. Most recently, I’ve led Caregivers of America’s Miami-Dade office, helping families access the care they need while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellence in matching clients and caregivers.

Senior care has always been my passion. Whether supporting caregivers, building client relationships, or navigating Medicaid waiver programs, I take pride in making a difference in people’s lives. Natalie Lowe – Administrator, Delray Beach & Surrounding Cities

With over 20 years of experience in the home care industry, I’ve built my career around one core mission: helping families care for their loved ones with dignity, compassion, and trust. As the Administrator at Caregivers of America’s Delray Beach office, I oversee our daily operations to ensure every client receives the personalized, attentive support they deserve, and that every caregiver is appreciated for the independence they offer to our clients.

My background in Pre-Law and Psychology, along with a Master’s in Health Administration and Mental Health Counseling, gives me a well-rounded perspective on the emotional and logistical challenges families face. I’m also a Certified Case Manager and have spent over a decade volunteering with SHINE, guiding seniors through Medicare decisions as a trusted counselor.

What drives me most is creating strong caregiver-client matches, walking families through transitions with clarity and care, and making sure no detail ever falls through the cracks — whether it’s onboarding a new client, coordinating long-term care insurance, or just picking up the phone when someone needs to talk.
