When you allow CareGivers of America to refer one of our qualified caregivers, one of the first things established is a schedule that ensures you have the help you need when you need it most. This can range from hourly care — to give you a hand when you need a break — to live-in care, where our compassionate caregivers provide 24-hour home care services.
We understand life is unpredictable, and even established schedules need to provide you with the flexibility you need if something comes up. That’s why, if you have an appointment, we want you to feel free to change your schedule as needed. Our goal is to make it work and ensure a caregiver is there when you require their services.
A Schedule Tailored to Your Needs
The schedules are not for our benefit, but for yours. These timetables allow you to know when one of our caregivers will be with you or your senior loved one. If you need to change or rearrange the schedule for any reason, you can easily accomplish this. If you can provide with as little as one week notice, this is preferred. However, even if you need to make a change on short notice, we will do everything in our power to make sure your needs are covered.
Our goal is to make the schedule work for you and your family — it’s not for us. You are our priority. Whatever your requested schedule change is, we will do our best to make it work.
