The Research Park at Florida Atlantic is pleased to announce that CareGivers of America (CGA), a trusted leader in home health services serving South Florida families since 1992, has joined its growing roster of innovative companies at the park in early April.

Caregivers of America is a family-owned senior home care provider serving South Florida with personalized in-home care solutions. With more than thirty years of experience, the company supports families across the South Florida area through services supporting seniors to live safely, independently, and in the comfort of their own home.

The move to the Research Park at Florida Atlantic positions CareGivers of America alongside a dynamic community of high-growth companies, deepening the park’s presence in the healthcare sector and creating new opportunities for collaboration with Florida Atlantic’s colleges of Business, Nursing, and Medicine.

“Joining the Research Park at Florida Atlantic is a natural next step for CareGivers of America as we continue to grow and innovate,” said Matt Murphy, CEO of CareGivers of America. “Being embedded in this ecosystem gives us access to world-class academic talent and a network of forward-thinking companies that share our commitment to improving people’s lives. We believe the best care starts with the best partnerships.”

Andrew Duffell, president of the Research Park at Florida Atlantic, welcomed the addition.

“CareGivers of America brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to the South Florida community,” said Duffell. “Its medical director is a member of the faculty at Florida Atlantic and seeking to build new models for in-home care, CGA is seeking an in-depth collaboration with the University.

Adding a healthcare leader of CGA’s caliber reflects the momentum we’re building here.”

The Research Park at Florida Atlantic generated a total economic output of $610 million in 2025, supporting 1,505 direct and indirect jobs across the region. The Park is home to companies spanning healthcare, technology, and professional services, and serves as a launching pad for South Florida’s most innovative enterprises.

With the addition of Caregivers of America, the Research Park at Florida Atlantic continues to grow as a center for innovation and driver of regional economic growth across South Florida.

CareGivers of America will host a ribbon-cutting and open house for the community at the Boca Raton office in the Research Park at Florida Atlantic, 3600 FAU Blvd., on Thursday, June 4, 2:30 – 5:00pm EDT.
