To ensure excellence in care, we require each caregiver to have a minimum of two years of professional experience. Every caregiver undergoes a skills assessment by our RN Supervisor to validate their competency in delivering hands-on support. We also conduct comprehensive Level 2 FBI background checks to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
